Customer service needs to research their order listings better. I ordered this camera and it did not work at all. I emailed customer service notifing them it did not work when plugged into my DVR (DVR is brand new and fully charged). I was told "Sir this camera is not for use with DVR. It is a spy camera only. This was my first order with this co. and from my end looks to be my last. Keep my hard earned U.S. Dollors. Lesson learned!

Customer service not very responsive. The item I received did not work. I shipped it back (I was required to pay return shipping even though product was defective), but I guess the company never recived it. Never got a refund.
