I've placed order on 4th FEB for 2 MP4, PMP or whatever they are called... 2 of them in pink colour. I suposed to get them with DHL in next 5-10 days. On 18th of Feb The shop send me an e-mail that they are out of stock they have just one pink console and they asked if i want a green one or if I want wait... my answer was no! I do not want green if they have another colour white or red, but they answered that they send the green one anyway without waiting for my reply... I've recieved them and what I founded out? green doesn't work properly it is not reading games... when I wrote to support that the console doesn't play games. They answered that it is not pmp it is mp4 player. http://www.epathchina.com/2gb-18inch-tft-mp4-player-with-kinds-of-colors-p-1914.html some how pink one works correctly. If you do not want to have problems do not deal with them! Theire solution for my problem was order another one and pay... they do not care about you... they care only about money... anyway they will probably delete this post

Dear friend,we did emailed you and tried to call you before shipping, but no reply from you, however, to make you receive your product soon,we have to send the one we had that time, because we thought better than nothing.And as for the game,you should know that this mp4 player is mainly for listening to music and watch video, and only can games that comes originally will work perfectly. This is how general mp4 player works. I do hope you can understand. If any further questions, you can email me.
