today received the mp4 and I have to load and does not turn up? ... try to get in contact with customer support and are on vacation 7 days ... really is my second purchase had been happy with the service because they never need. thought to be a business with sales of their products but I do not fill the expectations. for business is very important contact with the customer is always ... if that bracket. for now this is my rating and hopefully this will end.

I purchased this product for my daughter. The player came without instructions or any way to contact support for help in downloading music or trouble shooting. The mini DVD will not play in my computer. I should have put the extra money down and bought an Ipod touch. There is not even a way to mail this back to the manufactuer!
