I have had a wonderful relationship with this company. For a couple of years the company had sold me numerous products and I was always very satisfied. However, toward the end of 2009 I placed an order for several mp4 players and when they arrived I quickly discovered that the menus on 6 of the players was in Italian language. When I alerted the company about this, they thought they could fix it and then when they realized that they could not, they refused to send me replacements for these mp4 players. Eventually, they would no longer answer my emails and completely cut me off. I had to tell all of my offices in several countries to stop purchasing items from them as we couldn't recommend their integrity any more. Use them at your own risk, and pray that they never fill your order with products that display a different language then what you ordered!

Thank you EpathChina for a very fast delivery time on my new MP4 player i purchased... For sure i will hope to purchase more units in the near future.the quality of the product was far better than i thought it would be....Just a couple of disapointments though...Somethings i would like have explained... Information of the product is not correct on your site.... It mentioned it had a 7 band EQ... well thats not true it only has a 5 band preset EQ the sound is good though..... It also mentioned it has a camera mode that will take black and white photos and 4 times zoom thats not true you need to have a photo program on your system for that....but hey it still takes nice enough shots as long as you have good light...... Last the booklet is incorrect too does not show you how to load music for some reason it only goes onto the C drive only..and you have to add one by one to music folder why is that? Anyway i hope my questions get a responce You do offer a better product than another factory in your city.... Thanks again Paul

My experience was horrible!! There was false advertisement on many different occassions. Then when asked about it I was not given a solution to the problem other than they would take ten dollars off a 140 mistake on THEIR behalf!

Great company! Their shipping and handling of my order was so fast it nearly knocked my socks off! I did use UPS though. All items I ordered came very very fast and in great condition and their customer service is fantastic! Extremely helpful and courteous CS. I would definitely do business with them again.
