I bought a used one about four months ago from a vendor in California I use mine at work it plays all day long with a single charge and I have never had a problem with it it was a little difficult for me to figure it out at first but then again I am not a gadget geek I am very happy with it even though I paid twice this amount it is very well worth it o give it 10 stars
