- ePathChina has a more preferential price than other manufactuers, service and products are not bad, however, shipping is sometimes slow by airmail. But they explained that postal mail is always like that because they are cheap. DHL is always fast though. Hope to deal with them again !

- What does the order status mentioned mean?
- There are five order statuses on our website: Preparing [Paypal IPN], Pending, Processing or Purchase, Delivered and Failed.
"Preparing [Paypal IPN]" means that you are placing the order but it is not fully completed or succeeded.
"Pending" means that you have successfully placed the order but you have not finish the payment.
"Processing or Purchase" means that you have successfully placed the order with the payment, and we are arranging the shipment and usually it will be delivered within 3 working days.
"Delivered" means that we have shipped out your order with the complete product under your requirement.
"Failed" means that there are something wrong with your order, maybe we have not received your order at all; maybe we canceled your order for some reason and etc. You have to contact us if this happened and we would strive to give you advice.
