If you are an regular customer of epathchina,then it is not a big deal that you place an order for your friend,because regular customer is trustworthy,but if it is a pretty large amount,then you should offer some validation documents such as scanning file of a bank bill or your friend's driving lisence for us to confirm the his paypal information.We do this just to protect the security of your friend's paypal account.However,if your friend pays via western union or bank transfer,then there is no need to confirm it.
If it is you that pay for your customer,just the shipping address is different,then it is not a big thing,we just need to make sure that the shipping address is correct.No need for validation documents cuz we already have got ur paypal information from your previous orders.
