- You are not allowed to return an item back to us without getting an approval from us.
Customers shouldn't return their items back before telling ePthChina customer service,cuz it may need a mistake. Many customers regards the address on the parcel we sent to them as our company address. However,in fact,it is not our company's address in most cases. Thus it may lead a false returning and we can't receive the parcel.
Pls do remember to talk to our customer service first when you have something that needed to be returned.
