- If an item is missing from your order. What should you do?
First, verify that you have received a box for each tracking number associated with your order.
If all boxes have been delivered but you are still missing an item, check the packing material for small items.
If you still could not find the missing item, please call the courier within the first 24 hours and file a formal claim.
You could also contact us and we will help process the claim with the courier. We will pursue the insurance claim with the courier and will either recover the shipment or send replacements to you as soon as the claim has been confirmed and the lost compensated.
