- After you received your item, you found it was damaged. How should you resolve the problem?
1, if the item was damaged during shipping, you can claim the compensation from the shipping company or reject to sign the parcel.
2, if the item itself arrives to be defective or broken, you should contact us first via online chat or email immediately,we won't accept it if you don't contact us within 3 days after you received it.We will either send you a new one or refund you if it confirms to be true, and we need you to take photos or video for the item.
