I was looking for an easy-to-use, inexpensive "Skype" phone for my PC, and this IPEVO fit the bill perfectly. At first I had some problems understanding how best to reconfigure my PC's audio defaults (the IPEVO was acting as my default speakers when I first installed it), but the manual and online help came to the rescue and now all is well. I highly recommend this USB phone for anyone who uses SKYPE on a regular basis and who wants an inexpensive phone that delivers clear calls. There are certainly phones that deliver higher quality calls, but for this price, I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this.
