my friends have bought these digital camera, but when he received it ,the digital camera was completely bad, he was very angry, and i have another digital camera before 15 days, but i have not received it, why??????

Dear sir,we tested it again and again before we sent it out,so pls make sure whether u operated it correctly or not.Sometimes,something may happen on the way that leads to the delay of the order.Hope u can understand it.
