Hmmm... thought it was an OK product but seems to have problems keeping the mp3 files in memory. It mixes up files is folders adds strange files which makes the rest unreadable for the player. Pitty. Will think twice about buying such an item again.

Dear friend, you should out the files in the relative document when saving your files, or everything will be mixed up. We have sold out thousands of such player out, and no one ever complain about this problem.

Nice product for the price. It took some time to arrive because customs sent it back. Player is for my daughter and games and some apps are in, for her not understandable, Chinese.

I'm from Sri Lanka. I brought this product @ 28th October and i reached it on 8th November. i want to give my Thank for send me. but there is a problem in battery. after full charge, it is showing like Quarter of battery. and i can use it only 2 or 3 hours. what can i do for it? please give me a solution.

Dear, If you use the player for watching movies or videos, the battery may last two or three hours. Maybe you can change another charger or cable for a try.

Have been unable to take any still shots at anything other than the LOWEST resolution. You can set the Res. higher but the unit IGNORES it. The ON/OFF button is flimsy and liable to break easily. In addition, the invoice included shows the true unit value from the drop shipper as Much Less than this sites price! You'll be shocked! On a scale of 1 - 10, this player is a 3 or 4 at best.
