Can the machine clean corners?
It can automatically identify walls and can clean along the wall corners.The brush can sweep the garbage in the corner,but the junks in the corner of where two walls cross will be hard to be swept off,then it might need to be cleaned by yourself.
Why doesn't the virtual wall have any effect?
First check whether the battery of the virtual walls is well installed or whether it runs out of power, if there is no problem of the battery, please refer to the instructions to adjust the gear, because the virtual wall has three different gears,each one represents a different distance. Customer can set according to the room size, and should pay attention to the direction of the virtual wall at the same time,and the leading end must be pointted right at the area where the machine is prevented from entering.
Why doesn't the machine work when it is entangled in wires sometimes?
Because of the self-protection function ,the machine can recognize automatically when encounters wires or something like that ,at which time the wire brush may get entangled. Then the machine will walk back so that it can recede from the wire. If the machine can not recede from the tight wire, the machine will shut down automatically in order to prevent floor from damage.At this time,the wires needs to be cleared up to get the boot working again. Generally, machine's stop on work when under a sofa or under a bed is caused by tangled wires .
Why do the wheel's traces be left when working on wooden floor?
The wheels is made of the best PU materials available to protect the floor,which will not cause scratches on whatever type of floors, but if there is wax on the wooden floor, the machine may leave gently traces when working, but it will disappear after a simple wipe, so we suggest customers wax the floor after using mastermind.
Why can't the remote control work?
(1) Check the battery to see whether there is power and whether the battery is properly placed? (2) The remote distance of the machine is 5-7 m, more than 7 meters the remote control may not be very sensitive. (3) Because the handle on the surface is high , and the angle is low when controlling from backside,the remote control signal may be stopped by the handle,so try again from a different angle.
Why does the machine not flash during charging or charging without any show, or charge a very short time after the start of work on the parking，or no response？
(1) Please check the bottom of the machine to see whether the battery is well installed, if the battery loose, remove it for re-installation. (2) Check the socked used for charging to see whether there is power. (3).If the fault can not be excluded after inspection, please return for repairing.
Why can not the machine work automatically with the setting time?
(1) It will operate the settings and clean the room automatically only when it go back to charge automatically or by the remote control. (2) When you set regular cleanings, you should notice that the regular cleaning time must be four and a half hours later than the standard time, in other words, only four and a half hours charging can make the machine work automatically.
Why doesn? it go back for charging?
It is better for 3 to 4 metres area which is in front of the charger without any furnish or objects. In addition, the charger must be level installed. And you should often clean the charger? two metal electrodes.
Why does the garbage out away while it is working?
You should check the machine to see whether it is full of garbage and the brush is covered with dust. If the garbage box is filled with garbage, you should clean it right now, and if it works every day, you? better clean it once three days.
Why is it circling in one place?
It is normal for the machine to do circular motions. The working pattern is circular and linear movements. If the machine meets obstacles or furniture, it may move circularly to find the exit. The best way is to remove the obstuctions.
Why does the machine stop suddenly with all the lights on?
Check the brush at the bottom of the machine and the two wheels of both sides and make sure there is no any objects such as rubbish or electricity wires entwined. You should deal with these entanglements immediately.
Why does it stop if it meets an obstacle?
The machine bypasses obstacles automatically in normal working conditions, but if you use the remote control, it will stop in front of the obstacles. You can restart the machine with the remote control to solve this problem.
Why does it go back after starting?
At this situation, you should check the sensors at the bottom of the machine whether there is dust or dirt covered on that. You can clean the sensors with a half-dry cloth once a week.
Why doent it clean up every place of the room?
The machine has a self-learning function. Put it in the middle of the place where you want to clean. Turn on the switch, if you don't touch it ,it will stop automatically, which shows the machine learn the cleaning once. After charging, put it in another dusty place, repeat the process. It usually needs one or two weeks for the machine to well know your house. Later, you can use it conveninently.
Can the machine be charged with a similar charger?
No, you can? do this. The charger which is stable and reliable comes with the machine is definitely designed for the battery. So the rechargealbe battery and charger both can not be used with other equipments.
How long does the battery last? Is there anywhere we can buy it?
The battery can be reused for 800 times, and you can buy it in the market.
Is it safe?
It is absolutely safe, for the machine is dead, and the battery is 1.4 volt DC which is rechargeable.
How long it can be used?
Usually it can be used for five years, but prober maintenance will extend the working life.
Is it easy to operate and works autamatically?
