Your registration, login and use will be deemed as acceptance of the ePathChina Service Terms and You agree to be bound by the ePathChina Service Terms.

The ePathChina Service Terms set forth the rights and obligations of ePathChina and You with respect to the ePathChina Services (the "Services"). This ePathChina Service Terms may be updated by ePathChina at any time. Once published and publicized, the updated ePathChina Service Terms will replace the original terms without prior notice. You may refer to the latest version of the ePathChina Service Terms at ePathChina platform. You are also advised to keep abreast of the updated ePathChina Service Terms to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and disputes. After the modification of ePathChina Service Terms, if You do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the Services provided by ePathChina, and Your continued use of the Services provided by ePathChina will be deemed to have accepted the modified ePathChina Service Terms.

The ownership and operation rights of the relevant registered user services belong to "EPATHCHINA LIMITED"(“us”), and the services provided must be implemented in accordance with the service regulations, terms and operating specifications issued by it, and it also represents that the relevant users and ePathChina have reached agreement and accepted all its terms of service.

When You use ePathChina's services, Your personal information that we may need to collect and use includes the following two types:

1.In order to provide You with the basic functions of our services, You must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If You refuse to provide the corresponding information, You will not be able to register, log in, or use our services normally;

5.You may not use Your registered account or ePathChina services to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of ePathChina or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

6.You may not copy, copy, sell, resell or use for any other commercial purpose any part of the ePathChina Services or the content used or obtained by ePathChina Services.

7.You are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy and validity of any information transmitted using Your ePathChina account or ePathChina services. Any legal liability in connection with any information transmitted by You shall be borne by You and shall not be related to ePathChina. You shall indemnify ePathChina or any third party for any damage caused thereby, and ePathChina reserves the right to hold relevant users and users liable.

8.You are responsible for the results of all actions under Your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services and disclosing information).

6.Exemption from liability

1.The product information provided by ePathChina will restore the real situation as much as possible. However, due to the influence of various factors such as the surrounding environment, shooting angle, equipment differences and other factors during the shooting of the product, we cannot guarantee that the product will be real. exactly the same.

2.ePathChina purchases the designated products according to the platform designated by the user. If the platform designated by You shows out of stock, has changes in price, untimely delivery, inconsistency between the real commodities and the commodity information on the website, abnormal goods or other irresistible factors resulting in that the normal purchase cannot be completed, we will communicate with the You in time. "ePathChina" will not be held responsible for any loss caused to the You.

3.If the products purchased by ePathChina for You involve after-sales (such as missing products, damage, defects, etc.), we will deal with them in time for You.

4.ePathChina shall not be held liable for any loss or consequence caused by Your active disclosure of ePathChina account or Your attack or fraud by others. You shall seek compensation from the infringer through judicial remedy or other means.

7.Prohibited acts

You cannot use the ePathChina service for the following activities:

(1) Violation of any law, regulation, decree or regulation.

(2) In connection with transactions involving:

(a) narcotics, steroids, certain regulated drugs or other products that may endanger consumer safety;

(b) drug paraphernalia;

(d) unlicensed marijuana or other psychoactive plants;

(e) Nutrition, Vitamins, Supplements, Herbs, Natural health products based on subscriptions;

(f) Items that instigate, induce, facilitate or direct others to engage in illegal activities;

(g) stolen items, including digital and virtual items;

(h) Items that incite hatred, violence, racial or other forms of prejudice or exploit criminal activity;

(i) is considered obscene;

(j) items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy or any other proprietary rights under the laws of any jurisdiction;

(k) certain pornographic items or services;

(l) ammunition, weapons or certain weapon parts or accessories, or

(m) Certain weapons or knives regulated by applicable law.

(3) In connection with the following transactions:

(a) Displaying personal information of a third party violates applicable law;

(b) support pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, other get-rich-quick schemes or certain multi-level downline schemes;

(c) transactions related to the purchase of annuity or lottery contracts, advance deposit purchase systems, offshore banking, or transactions to finance or refinance credit card-funded debt;

(d) sell certain items before the seller has control or possession of the items;

(e) payment processors collect payments on behalf of merchants;

(f) in connection with the sale of travellers cheques or money orders;

(g) involves a currency exchange or cheque cashing business;

(h) involves certain credit repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions or insurance activities, or

(i) involves making or receiving payments in connection with bribery or corruption.

(4) Involving the sale of products or services determined by government agencies to be likely to be fraudulent.

You are legally responsible for Your actions in using ePathChina's Services. You shall bear legal liability in the form of, but not limited to, compensation for the infringed party, and after ePathChina first assumes legal liability for administrative punishment or infringement damages caused by the user's actions, You shall pay ePathChina equal amount of compensation and other losses incurred by ePathChina thereof.

8.Liability for compensation

1.If ePathChina and/or its affiliates suffer losses as a result of Your actions (including direct economic losses, loss of goodwill and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement, attorney's fees, preservation insurance, legal costs and so on), You shall indemnify ePathChina and/or its affiliates for all such losses.

2.If ePathChina and/or its affiliates are subjected to a third party (including but not limited to Taobao, 1688 and other platform sellers) claim as a result of Your actions, ePathChina and/or its affiliates may recover all losses from You after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party.

9.Governing law and Jurisdiction

1.These Service Agreement and any separate agreements whereby we provide You Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the China.

2.Any dispute arising out of Your use of ePathChina's Services and in connection with ePathChina's Services shall be settled by ePathChina through negotiation with You. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction in the place where these Terms are signed.
