This is based on PIC MCU the frequency meter, with crystal oscillator measurement function and programmable addition and subtraction frequency settings, five digital tube display, convenient and intuitive, all use in-line components, simple circuit, easy to make.

Circuit features:

• the measurable frequency range is 1Hz -50 MHz ( 1Hz-50MHz);
• can measure the oscillation frequency of most commonly used crystal oscillator;
• five-bit precision resolution (e. g. 0.0050 kHz, 4.5765 MHz, 11.059 MHz);
• automatic range conversion, no manual switching;
• programmable plus and minus frequency settings for measuring equipment such as radio transceivers;
• the power-saving mode can be chosed, and the display will be automatically turned off if the frequency does not change significantly within 15 seconds;
• can use universal USB 5V interface power supply, can also use external DC power supply or 9V battery.
• The number of components is small, all in-line components, simple installation and debugging.
