Installation process of fresh air:
1. Connect the power cord of the host from the switch box; When there are no special requirements for the power cord, a 1.5 square meter line is used.
2. Lift the host to the designated position with a screw, ensuring it is straight, flat, and stable.
3. With air conditioning Communicate with the staff of the wiring conduit and other facilities to reconfirm whether the on-site pipelines are unobstructed and whether the position of the air outlet affects other facilities, and make adjustments to the drawings.
4. Install the piping system, with a hanging clamp every 150cm for the hard pipes. The pipes should be horizontal and vertical, and PVC glue should be applied to each joint. In the area where there is a hose in the pipeline, there should be a suspension clamp every 70cm, and the suspension clamp bolt should be a long bolt.
5. The bottom mounted air outlet is flush with the ceiling, and the side mounted air outlet is flush with the wall. After installation, there is no need to cut the pipe opening, and the air outlet can be directly installed.
6. Connection between pipeline and host; The connection between the pipeline for the project and the inlet and outlet of the main engine should use variable diameter or funnel-shaped reducers, and the joints should be fixed with tin foil cloth and adhesive tape. The requirements are: the adhesive tape should be flat and not wrinkled, the joints should be tightly wrapped and not leak air, and the tin foil joints should be fixed with zip ties.
7. Check if a diagonal tee is added between the host and the exhaust outlet according to the drawing markings, leaving an exhaust outlet for the ventilation fan.
8. After the installation of the host and pipelines, communicate with the carpenters at the construction site, provide data on the installation and maintenance ports, locate them, and track them by phone.
9. If there is a window installation, after the installation of the host and pipelines, communicate with relevant personnel to make requirements and follow up by phone.
10. After the completion of the main decoration of the project, go to install the air outlet and inspect the working condition of the host.
