VL53L1X is an advanced time-of-flight (ToF) la-ser ranging sensor. It is a miniature ToF sensor with an accurate measurement range of up to 4 m and a fast measurement frequency of up to 50Hz. It adopts a miniature reflowable package and integrates SPAD receiving array, 940 nm steal-th Class1 la-ser emitter, physical infrared filter and optical components, which can achieve the best ranging performance under various ambient lighting conditions, and provides a variety of options to mask the window. Unlike traditional infrared sensors, VL53L1X uses STToF technology to make absolute distance measurements regardless of target color and reflectivity. The size of the ROI can also be programmed on the receiving array, allowing the sensor FoV to be reduced.
