Thrust ball bearing: The thrust ball bearing is composed of seat ring, shaft ring and steel ball cage assembly. The shaft ring is matched with the shaft ring, and the housing ring is matched with the seat ring.

Uses: only applies to bear one load, low speed machine parts, such as crane hook, vertical pump, vertical centrifuge, jack, low speed reducer. The shaft ring, seat ring and rolling element of the bearing are separated and can be assembled and disassembled.

assembly: There are two key points for thrust ball bearing assembly. One is the control of the cage and the steel ball, and the other is the control of the nominal height T of the bearing after assembly. In addition, because the shaft ring and seat ring can be separated, it brings a management problem. Is to prevent the import of bearing parts mixed. The M-type stamping cage enables the use of flanging assembly dies. After pressing, the steel ball is required to rotate flexibly in the pocket, but it cannot fall off from the pocket. If the solid cage is embossed too deeply, the movement of the steel ball will be small, and the embossed convex part is connected with the cage too little and the strength is insufficient, which is prone to cause the cage to be scrapped.

Small thrust ball bearing seat ring and shaft ring diameter size difference is very small, two sets of no obvious difference. In order to prevent the occurrence of mixed sets of phenomenon, a set of bearings that is installed to find two are seat ring or are shaft ring situation. This requires certain measures. Usually close the sleeve with the aid of auxiliary tooling will draw ring, the seat group to distinguish, or in the sampling nominal height before using the inner diameter plug gauge to check the inner diameter size, in order to check the inner diameter convenient, the seat ring down the surface, the shaft ring on the top. If the seat inner diameter has obvious quenching heating oxidation color or not grinding, there is no need to check the inner diameter size, can clearly see the difference between the shaft ring and the seat ring, and is not easy to mix.

After the thrust ball bearing is assembled, the nominal height T shall be measured to confirm whether it is qualified. When measuring, with a height block or standard calibration, and to measure the load load, bearing need to rotate dozens of times, be sure to reach the  height.
