Store issues

Mixed batch problem: 30 pairs per piece, mixed batch is supported for more than one piece. If there are special reasons or requirements, please contact customer service.

Size issue：Most shoes are in normal sizes (if the foot width is wider, it is recommended to choose one size larger). It is recommended to contact customer service before placing an order

Color difference issue：The pictures are all taken from real objects, and there may be slight color differences due to different monitors.

Odor issue：Our store sells directly from manufacturers. Newly produced shoes may have a slight adhesive odor, which is not related to qualitative issues. If placed in a ventilated area, the adhesive odor will dissipate.

After sales issues：If there are any problems with the sold shoes, please contact our customer service immediately to explain the situation, and we will be responsible for handling it.

Qualitative problem：If serious qualitative problems such as delamination and bottom breakage occur within 7 days, our store is responsible for handling all expenses.

Return and exchange issues：For exchanges that are not due to qualitative issues, incorrect delivery, or other customer reasons, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs. Small thread ends, small stains, slight color differences, and slight adhesive moisture odor are not qualitative issues and cannot be returned
